Corporate actions and perpetual contracts
The listed company event and the derivative adjustment are related and not the same.

A cash dividend, split, merger or halt happens to the listed instrument under exchange and issuer rules. A perpetual only changes if its own contract says so. Some venues adjust the mark. Some adjust a multiplier. Some say nothing.
EPIC's calendar separates issuer-style facts from venue treatments. In this demonstration the corporate-action rows are scenarios, clearly marked, so the comparison layout can be reviewed without inventing a real issuer event.
